Returns

We’re sure you’ll be happy with your purchase, however we will gladly provide a full refund of the original purchase price for any items that meet the criteria for a return.  You have a full 14 days to return any items that don't meet your needs.  Refunds will be applied to the original method of payment.  If the purchases were made online, please ship back to store. 

• Original shipping costs will not be refunded.  
• Original receipt/proof of purchase required. 
• Please note items discounted at 30% or greater are final sale. 

GENERAL MERCHANDISE 
Must be in new condition with original packaging, tags, manuals, etc to qualify for a refund or exchange.  Items must be able to be re-sold ‘as new’.

FOOTWEAR 
Shoes can be tried minimally indoors to get a feel for them.  Must be in new condition with no wear evident on the soles, interior, uppers, or track spike pins.  Must be accompanied by the original box and any packaging. 

CLOTHING 
All clothing items must be in new condition, unwashed, complete with any original tags.  For sanitary reasons, men's and women's underwear are not returnable. 
**Note: During Covid-19 crisis, no apparel returns will be accepted**

For health & safety reasons, food items including Gels, Bars, Drinks, and Supplements cannot be returned.
