Run Specific Technique Program
Description: Run specific technique work w/ technique, mobility & stretching.
Date: Thursday October 3rd - Thursday October 31st - (5 week program).

The goal of the Mobility/ Run Technique program, will be to teach runners how to move better in order to run stronger and more efficiently. Ultimately staying injury free and training more consistently for stronger performances.
We will focus on the development of fundamental movement’s skills: balance, mobility and stability as a base to improve running technique and therefore your run economy. We have also coupled the world of sprints with distance running by accessing the methods of dynamic effort training in attempt to improve the runner's ability to increase their rate of force development with every stride.
