Run Specific Strength Program
Description: Run specific strength program with technique guidance.
Date: Tuesday October 8th - Tuesday December 17 - (11 week program).

The goal of the strength program will be a progressive program starting from "rebuilding" (mobility /technique), general strength, specific strength and by early spring we'll be plyometric/power development. nots it not this black and white, phases include a little bit of most things but the focus of the phase determines what we spend the most time on.
