Beginner & Improver Run Club
Want to get into running or improve your running - come as you are, we have you covered. Please register your interest here. You must fill out a waiver (only required once) before running with the club. No waiver - no run. These are free sessions & you run at your own risk.

Learn to run group - follow the leader on a pre-planned route - time and distance will vary appropriately. Walkers welcome too!
Improver group: an introduction to faster running with a mix of tempo running, hill workouts and other such fun!
Sat April 8th.
Beginner, social easy run/walk warm-up, 4 x 4mins easy with 1 min rest, run/walk cool-down
Improver, social easy run warm-up, 6 x 1 min tempo/3 mins easy running, easy run cool-down
Maybe you want to improve physical & mental health, maybe get into road or trail racing, maybe to meet some new friends. Whatever your reasons, enjoy the process in a safe and welcoming atmosphere with like minded people.
Sessions are planned by an experienced Athletics Canada certified Coach and facilitated by our experienced group leaders
Run workouts out of the shop will be cancelled if the following occurs one hour prior to workout on the Environment Canada website.
