The Birkie Society is reporting excellent trail conditions as of January 18, 2020.
Official snow depths of more than 30 cm are being reported. The long term average is closer to 20 cm.
No significant freeze thaw cycles mean that snow is packed powder and not transformed. However, this may change with the warming trend in the coming week.
